Hi there! 

A while ago I went to my former supervisor during my on-the-job training in Acer Phiilippines, Inc. located at Unit 3401, 34th floor, PBCom Tower 6796 AyalA Avenue corner Herrera Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City. 

I went there to get my requirements for my pre-employment in Bank of the Philippine Islands which is the letter of recommendation given by ma'am Gina. 

As I walk inside the PBCom Tower, I logged in in the reception area and there goes my friend (the receptionist) who I was supposed to call as an OJT there. 

"Akala ko kasi talaga OJT sya".  I remembered our first conversation.

Ate : Hi! OJT ka? Sang school?
Me: Hello! CEU po. Sa ACER po kami.. ikaw? OJT ka din?  anung school mo?
Ate: ay hindi ako OJT, nagwowork ako dito.
Me: Weh? Hindi nga? You look like an OJT pa lang eh?
Ate: (smiling)
Me: Ilang taon ka na po ba?
Ate: 21 pa lang.
Me: ah okay. sige. :) nice meeting you! :) bbye late na ako. ;))
*nakakatawa talaga kasi andami pang tao na nakarinig ng usapan namin since receptionist sya.


Then as I logged in from now then on, she's always greeting me "good morning! Oh Late ka na." :)

Then I'll go at the left side elevator because the elevators there are for the 23rd floor up to the 36th floor. As I go inside the elevator, I am nervous and excited for the compliments that I will be hearing inside my former office. Yeah Former office. hihi. :D

I knocked with my metal thingy on the metal handle of the door for the receptionist (Ate Precious)

Me: Hi ate! musta na po? Kay Ma'am Gina po ako.
Ate Precious: Ui, ano dito ka na ba?
Me: *smiled. hindi po eh. 
Ate Precious: Ay sayang naman akala ko dito ka na. Upo ka muna puntahan ko lang sya.

Ofcourse medyo nahiya akong sabihin na hindi ako sa kanila magwowork. At first no vacancy, And most of all I really want in my dream company.

Ayun I got my letter of recommendation and I saw ate Jane ( a friend to be considered during my OJT there). She's still and will always be busy with the collection. :)

After I went there I decided to go to my "tambayan" during my OJT in ACER. There! "KRISPY KREME Doughnuts and Coffee" hihi. :))

I ordered for my favorite CARAMEL KREME CRUNCH and CARAMEL LATTE CHILLERS. ;) hihi. I sat in front of their window so that I can see the passers-by. I have so many imaginations during that time. Luckily I have with me my comfort zone!.

HELLO MONDAY! 

<MARCH 12, 2012>

IT WAS LAST LAST WEEK SINCE WE HAD A GOOD CONVERSATION ABOUT OUR RELATIONSHIP. :)

REALLY? YES. :)

We met at our meeting place exactly at 11 a.m and after that we went on their house to have a visit.

At first it was very uncomfortable because they have a new maid na naman. #conyoproblemsorry!haha.. :))

Then after all we have some fun ;) #HV

We decided to have our lunch in De Castro Jollibee.

I ordered for tuna and shanghai and he ordered for jolly hotdog and shanghai too. Yes that's the only thing we ordered because we are still full that time beacuse of our late breakfast.

After that we decided to have our merienda in Ever. We ate at Pizza Hut. :)

I ORDERED MY FAVORITE BACON AND CHEESE PIZZA. :)

after that we ate siomai in siomai house and after that we went to the grocery to have some sweets and drinks.

We bought lots of chocolates and we ate it outside the mall.. 

The park is already crowded so we decided to take a sit on the stairs near the park. 

EVEN THOUGH HE TOLD ME THAT HE SAT THERE ALREADY FOR THE SECOND TIME BECAUSE THE FIRST TIME IS WHEN HE WAS WITH HIS "GAY" (SHE'S A GIRL)

We ate there and we have so many companions that they took us pictures secretly. 

(even if I was starring at them)

That was very romantic for me.

I didn't look at the price, the luxury of the place. Instead I looked at the HAPPINESS, BONDING, SWEETNESS and that VERY LONG SWEET CONVERSATION WE HAD.

THAT ALL MATTERS FOR ME.

THANK GOD I HAVE HIM. 

HE'S NOT THAT GOOD AT ALL.

BUT FOR ME?

HE'S THE BEST PARTNER I'VE EVER HAD.

ARMY NAVY FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE.. :))

HELLO DEAREST BLOG! I MISS YOU.
i have something to tell you.

(camille,patricia and I) went to Army Navy Shaw blvd. branch after our recognition day last March 9, 2012. 

AND WITH THAT, I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS ARMY NAVY.

So,WHAT'S with ARMY NAVY?

AS FAR AS I KNOW, ARMY NAVY is a quick-service restaurant specializing in a unique burger+burrito concept.

WITH THEIR MISSION:

WELL, AS I READ ABOUT THEIR MISSION I TOLD MY SELF, "OKAY, LET'S SEE" (with a troll face) nyahaha..

Looking at the Menu, we can't hardly decide what to order and all the staffs are starring at us looking at our I.D Lace. 

Yay! Funny how obviously we look like first-timers :) Hahaha.

And atlast we decided to order for BURRITOS and for the drink, MANGO MILKSHAKE :)

And as we wait for the order, looking at the walls of Army Navy there are different posts on their wall with different purpose.

And that one goes like this:

 

Shit. That's what I said. Haha. I told them HOW?

Are we going to eat with our hands and we ordered for rice? And it was like, #YEAH. Hahaha. And as we received our ordered foods, AH! I was answered by my own questions. We can eat it with our hands! Seriously.

PRACTICUM EXPERIENCE IN ACER PHILIPPINES, INC. ;))

on-the-job Training done! Hurray! ;))

Yehey! Finally! 250 hours! I'm done ;) bwahaha.. ;)

I really find it hard looking for a certain company to have my 250 hours on-the-job training. If you don’t have any connections then your resume might be ignored most especially for companies with high regards when it comes to trainees.

At first, I was very intrigue when I entered in this company and get interviewed by the HR Manager. I am really confident that I will be working in this company. I was oriented by the HR Personnel and got toured inside the company. As I go and walk in front of the employees, with the big boss and others, I told myself that someday, I will be also working in this kind of company, one of the most outstanding Top 10,000 companies in the world. I told myself that I will be a confident team player and I will have my dedication and loyalty in this company for I will be hired here someday.

As I go there and had my first day, I wasn’t able to do the job ahead of the time assigned because I was still adjusting in terms of the environment most especially my colleagues. 

As I was engage in bookkeeping, filing, encoding and computation of subsidies and claims by different companies, I realized that accounting is not that easy if you did not learn anything from your background in the school, or in your Accounting Subjects.

            When my supervisor gave me my assigned task for that day, I was shocked because she placed bulky files in front of me and told me to collate those invoices and order numbers. She didn’t told me exactly what will I do in the files after this and after that so I just followed the sequence and the other files and folders there for me to get my job right done and on time.

            After some days I spent there, some of my colleagues always go to my room and give me some drinks and cookies. Yes, they are very kind and very friendly. They always tell me that I shall not be shy to them, “go there if you want, have coffee in the pantry and feel at home”.

            I just also observed that the employees there are very serious when it comes to working time. If it is time to work then they are all busy working, no talks, and no chitchats. They just talk if it’s already break time. During break time I and my co-trainee always eat at Mcdonalds, Sbarro, and Goldilocks. Sometimes we are eating inside the office if there is any delivery for the employees.

            As my practicum hours get very near to be finished, I told myself that I will really miss working in this company. As I had my last three days there, I was assigned to do some accounting works that are really hard if you are not an open-minded person to analyze each and every detail of that paper. I was again shocked but still I enjoyed that one because I felt that I am already an accountant for almost 250 hours of our on-the-job training in Acer.

            I really had fun and enjoyed my stay there in Acer Philippines, Inc. I am proud because I brought Centro Escolar University and  School of Accountancy and Management’s name in their company with integrity and with the desire to work there as one of their employees after graduation.
